The "pickle juice" engine. This standard small engine with a diagonal exhaust heated fuel reactor will run cleanly on just about anything liquid ! The mason jar serves as the fuel tank. This technology is the basis for our PICC auto engine modification technology which at least doubles gas mileage !

The Tornado Engine prototype. Weighs 175# but puts out 5,000 HP burning water as fuel !  If local power companies won't buy power from ITEC via the home sized Hum/Sun generators, we have a plan to use this engine to drive a .5 megawatt Sundance Generator and sell directly to industrial users.

A balloon filled with "water gas". Can replace all applications for natural gas. Burns clean, only H2O exhaust. Lee holds the patens on this technology that could revolutionize many industries.

Using $40 worth of electronic components for each circuit, Lee could bankrupt every power company in America within 3 months. It would be the death of the whole US economy though. That's why the box is locked.

Lee demonstrating the "Negawatt" circuit. The circuit draws 110v from a standard outlet,  lights the lights and then sends power back to the grid instead of ground. He showed congress this on 2/15/96 and "politely" asked them to deregulate electricity. They did 7/19/96. Congress can never get anything done that quickly. ... I think they believed him.

A Tesla transmitter coil. Using the notes from the 1890 experiments of Nikola Tesla, Lee and his group built this demo model. It uses standard 110v electricity and converts it to "dielectricity" which can then be transmitted through the air to a receiver coil. The human body can be a receiver.  Lee held a circular fluorescent light with a grounding wire and lit the bulb from across the room.

The show went from 6PM until 9:10PM and Lee stayed around and answered questions till almost 10PM. If you missed this show, you really missed something. If you have doubts about Lee's motives for bringing all these technologies, you missed hearing Lee's testimony and vision straight from the horse's mouth. There were 54 new registrations placed that evening for the Orlando Worship Center. Pastor Paul Williams thought that his people would have discernment enough to be able to spot a con man. Lee makes no promises about being able to deliver Free Electricity because so much depends on gathering enough Witnesses. But ... if GOD is for us ... this program will come together and the godly will rejoice.

The HAFC Kit June 2007

This is my personal vehicle. It is a 2004 2.4l turbo PT Cruiser. The initial 55mph test of this car showed >80 mpg. Subsequently ... the onboard computer took over and the mileage returned to pre-kit levels. It will need the 4X O2ptimizer to properly interface the computer

Here’s the Fuel Cell, dryer assy, ammeter and on/off switch. The plastic container is recommended to minimize potential damage of chemicals added to the Fuel Cell and is a good storage area for the funnels, distilled water and fuel conditioner. It is held in place with a hooked rubber strap run through holes cut into the plastic container. The cell gets hot (about 150*) so a small square of 3/4" thick wood was placed below and beside the cell to minimize heat transfer to the plastic.

This shows the installed vaporizer/ionizer unit. It is the foil covered component mid picture. The fuel lines are also foil covered to control the temp between 150 and 200*. The unit should normally be installed on the high side radiator hose.

The single cell (above) was replaced with the dual cell design.

Here's a close-up of the 3x. It is a much smarter interface than the 1x. The 4x will be even smarter.

Here  is why there was a big crowd. This is our PICC modified van. The sign says,"This van with a 318cuin engine gets 100mpg highway mileage".
