GET Power Club Newsletter, March 2009
Hello GET Power Club members,
It is high time for another update. Much has happened since December of last
year. I have made several brief Newsflash updates since then but I know the
majority of the Club members don’t come to the Club site very often. Here are
those headlines and I will add comments as needed.
11/19/08 - A new plan will kick off 12/1/08. The deal with Ford did not pan out
as we had hoped but this has an even bigger potential. The plan involves
multi-million dollars beginning to fund Dutchman's engine technology research
and a top flight sales/ marketing group to develop literature and branding of
the HAFC and PICC technologies. This will be a world-wide program but will start
in south-eastern US, KY to TX to FL to VA first. Nothing will say "Dutchman" or
"Dennis Lee" but we will supply the parts. The focus market of the program will
be the flagging car dealerships, thousands of them all across America. Local car
dealerships will be selling and installing the HAFC kits and keeping their
service and sales departments very busy. These local dealerships are getting
virtually no help from their manufacturers in the economic hard times. Lets face
it ... the Big 3 are asking for a government bail-out. --- This program is
called the Genesis Project. This strategy came about because of the consistent
problems independent auto mechanics / technicians had in tuning the HAFC kits.
The auto dealerships, over 5,000 of them nationwide, are set up with the most
highly trained, specialized technicians who have access to proprietary tools and
information to be able to tune the HAFC and always get 50% and most times get
100% or more ! In many cases, the auto dealerships will be able to simply
reflash the on-board computer instead of trying to tune sensors with the
O2ptimizer.
1/28/09 - The FTC has filed a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) against Dutchman
Enterprises. All assets of the LLC have been frozen including all personal funds
of Dennis Lee. This is based on expert testimony of an FTC (Federal Trade
Commission) expert who told the FTC judge, "It is impossible to improve the gas
mileage of the modern gas engine." Now it is incumbent upon Dennis Lee to bring
rebuttal testimony of experts that the FTC expert is in error. --- This action
was brewing all through the holiday season and Dennis Lee was sensitive enough
to GOD to “feel” it coming. Another company called Genesis Technology Systems
was formed in early December and much of Dutchman’s inventory and technology
rights were transferred into it. Comment: This action (the TRO) is our
government at work protecting the poor unsuspecting consumer, although no
customers have filed a complaint against Dutchman to spur such action of the
FTC.
2/11/09 - After hundreds of man-hours of preparation of our attorney and expert
witnesses, 2 full days in court and several days of waiting on the judge to
rule, we received word today that Dutchman is 100% squeeky clean. Judge Shipp
issued a 13 page ruling that totally exonerated Dutchman of any wrong-doing. It
also expressed frustration in the frivolous manner in which the FTC brought the
suit. Dutchman is looking into the potential of countersuit against the FTC or
their agent, Josh Millard for damages of some 3 million dollars lost in business
and court costs. --- Long story short, Dutchman beat the FTC. The FTC was fully
unprepared to substantiate there charges against Dutchman and Dennis Lee. I
believe their goal was to simply break the company financially so we could not

2/18/09 - Dutchman is back in business. HAFC kits are available for sale to the
public and Club Members. Dutchman is still going through some restructuring but
it is transparent to GPO customers. Click Here to read a news article concerning
what happened.--- The whole Genesis Project had to be restructured during this
time as well. The “professional” directors of the sales team who were to
approach car dealerships across the country totally botched the job in December.
As Dutchman came out from the FTC cloud, a new test pilot sales test is
currently in process in the greater New York area of the country. We should have
a report within a few weeks of how that goes.
The HAFC kits are available to Club members for $950 and if you are in the
Orlando FL metro area, GPO will install and tune the kit for you for $500. This
represents a savings of close to $400 off retail. We will hold this price
indefinitely.
The Genesis Systems should start popping up from auto dealerships soon first in
New England and then KY and NM because that is where we have training available
for auto dealership mechanics. The Genesis System is virtually the same as the
HAFC but will be packaged and priced differently.
I know everyone wants to know where we stand for Free Electricity Stadium Event.
As of today, we still do not have 1.6 million registered witnesses. That whole
project has been kind of eclipsed by focus on HAFC and PICC and the FTC. Dennis
Lee when asked today on the Dealer Hotline about this said that there is
absolutely no way Free Electricity can move forward if the Genesis Project dies.
He went on to say that if Genesis succeeds and we can slide in the PICC to those
same auto dealerships … we will then see the Free Electricity Project roll out
the same year. So, you can still invite people to join the Club and get
registered.
So … what can you do as a Club member to help bring all these technologies
across the line to actually benefit all US citizens and later the world ? Dennis
Lee recommended that prayer and making more people aware of the technologies and
the battles we are fighting is the only way it can happen. He suggests that
blogs, like the Pickens Plan blog, http://www.pickensplan.com/about/ are great
ways to let your voice be heard. Also… it would be extremely helpful to simply
write a brief letter the Rahm Emmanuel, the President’s Chief of Staff, and also
send a copy to President Barak Obama, concerning what Dutchman just went through
with the FTC. I’ll add the text of just a brief letter I sent in. You can modify
it to fit your personality and send it to, Chief of Staff, Rahm Emmanuel, 1600
Pennsylvania Ave, Washington D.C. Just make 2 copies and sent one to the
President as well. … If only a few hundred people send letters, it may not have
much impact but thousands will ! They will have to respond.

Dear Mr. Emannuel,
Obviously this is not a form letter. I’ll be very brief because I am a headlines
kind of person.
(Any personal statement … just 1 or 2 sentences so this letter is just 1 page
long)
I am writing you out of extreme frustration with the way our government , and
President Obama, has stated very definitively that the auto industry must get at
least 10 miles per gallon more out of new vehicles within 4 years. … Then our
government turns around, through the FTC and through an agent named Josh
Millard, and brings a totally unsubstantiated action against a small company in
NJ that is developing technology that can be retrofitted to any vehicle on the
road and give 50% improved gas mileage. It actually has technology in
development that can give any consumer vehicle 100 miles per gallon ! The name
of the company is Dutchman Enterprises. Their assets were frozen for more than
30 days, lost all their employees and had business loss and damage of almost 2
million dollars because of the FTC action. … If the company survives it will be
nothing short of an act of GOD.
In answer to the TRO that the FTC imposed, Dutchman was finally allowed to use
$5,000 of the frozen funds to defend themselves. They got a lawyer and an expert
in automotive technologies and got prepared to answer within 20 days of the FTC
demand. Long story short, Dutchman totally refuted the FTC expert. In my
opinion, the FTC agent was totally out of line to bring this action at all. The
expert the FTC had, whom I am sure they paid far more than $5,000, was an expert
in cryogenics ! He admitted on the stand he knew nothing about auto engines and
also that his statement that “it is impossible to improve efficiency of the
automobile gasoline engines by more than 4%” is irrelevant in the common
understanding auto efficiency, ie. improved MPG.
Being that the FTC serves at the pleasure of the president, I urge you to
investigate the malfeasance of this FTC agent and his supervisors. … if there is
anyway that Dutchman could be compensated for the lost they sustained in
fighting this government interference … perhaps just a small portion of the
economic stimulus package, so they could get back to the business of
accomplishing what President Obama is looking for.
