11/19/08 - A new plan will kick off 12/1/08. The deal with Ford did not pan out as we had hoped but this has an even bigger potential. The plan involves multi-million dollars beginning to fund Dutchman's engine technology research and a top flight sales/ marketing group to develop literature and branding of the HAFC and PICC technologies. This will be a world-wide program but will start in south-eastern US, KY to TX to FL to VA first. Nothing will say "Dutchman" or "Dennis Lee" but we will supply the parts. The focus market of the program will be the flagging car dealerships, thousands of them all across America. Local car dealerships will be selling and installing the HAFC kits and keeping their service and sales departments very busy. These local dealerships are getting virtually no help from their manufacturers in the economic hard times. Lets face it ... the Big 3 are asking for a government bail-out.

10/14/08 - I had to wait a few days to settle down ... A few overly zealous dealers & mechanics have in effect spoiled the possible deal with Ford. It looks like Dutchman will be going it alone for the time being. However, I am confident we will overcome. Click Here to read a follow-up statement concerning Dutchman and Ford.

10/08/08 - PICC testing is on-going. The latest report was that the 5 gas analyzer, that was just recalibrated, indicated 0 ppm Hydrocarbons, 0% NOX, 0% CO, 0% CO2 and 22% O2 ! It made us think that the analyzer was messed up but it responds as expected on an unmodified vehicle. The O2 concentration in the air is just 18%. The "GO Green" people really ought to love us !

09/29/08 - I just added a disclaimer to the HAFC sales pages. It says: GPO Disclaimer- Being that GPO does do installations and tuning of the systems, I need to say we have had far better success with domestic vehicles 1996 through 2004. It is a major struggle on many newer cars to "beat" the on-board computer. We hope that the possible relationship with Ford (9/15/08) will open the door to reprogramming at least the Ford computers. Perhaps the other manufacturers will get on the band-wagon if Ford leads the way.

09/17/08 - Click Here to read the Official Statement of Dutchman's relationship with Ford.

09/15/08 - Well ... I was wrong. I felt like all the signs were pointing to GM or Chrysler ... actually it turns out to be Ford. No signed agreement yet but lots of testing going on. Ford has 22 Dutchman HAFC kits they are testing on various Ford models.

09/08/08 - The announcement will be made public next week. It is one of the Big 3 automakers.

08/07/08 - Dutchman has stated it will make a directional statement 9/15/08. There are 4 options that are presently being considered and negotiated. #1- a strategic alliance with a major auto manufacturer (Like GM or Chrysler). The deal is they must come forward and endorse the HAFC and cooperate in engineering improvements and testing before we share the PICC technology that will be designed into new vehicles on their production line. #2- a strategic alliance with a major oil company with similar requirements. #3- an alliance with a top 10 international business profile who will purchase an auto manufacturer and begin a total redesign of the automobile from the ground up, incorporating HAFC/PICC technology. #4- there is also a free market government that has made a serious proposal of a nationally sponsored “water car” development program.

08/06/08 - Dutchman informed their dealers today that the purchasing agent hired just 3 months ago was fired. We don’t  know whether the guy was just especially inapt or whether he was a “plant” with the express purpose of slowing production down. He had been supplying 90% of the parts to various newly trained manufacturing partners (who purchased initial component inventory for 100 kits from Dutchman) and never supplying the other 10% of what was needed to complete the kits. Dutchman has more than 30 new manufacturers that each have parts to build 100 kits each but only about 10 of them have shipped the initial 100 kits back to Dutchman for inspection and then delivery to end customers. Going forward, those businesses will be able to purchase their own prescribed components, manufacture and assemble the kits and then ship them directly to customers. It’s a good plan … it just hasn’t quite come together yet.

07/16/08 - Dutchman stated that kits are coming in daily from the newly trained manufacturers building HAFC kits. Once those kits have been 100% quality control inspected, they are filling the back orders. Also, HAFC Gas Covalizer and Xtra diesel covalizer production has begun. Those products will now also be available in 5 gallon and 55 gallon quantities. 5 gal at 10% ($720) and 55 gal at 15% ($7,480) off the 16oz bottle price of $20. Shipping of back orders to begin soon.

07/01/08 - GPO has decided to hold the cost on kits another month. There is still a big back-log on kit delivery. We are very sorry ... but the log-jam will break loose at any time now.

You can stop writing Congressmen and Senators about the EPA and PICC testing. The EPA has spoken ... they DO NOT require testing for our type of product. As long as we meet current air quality standards, our kit can be substituted for your catalytic converter. Dutchman's goal is to have a manufacturable PICC kit ready by the end of August 08. Here is the article regarding the EPA. Click Here

06/11/08 - The dealer cost of the HAFC kit has gone up. Dutchman sets the suggested retail price at $1,200. GPO has always offered a discounted price to GET Power Club Members but as of 7/1/08 the retail price will go to $1,100 and the Club price will move to $1,000. So place your orders now before the price increase. Click Here

06/09/08 - Dutchman announced that Mike Holler, HAFC technology expert, will be moving to the home office in NJ. He will now be spending 90% of his time in development of a "production" PICC system. Goal is set for 8/31/08. PICC may be closer than first thought !

05/08/08 - Dennis Lee announced yesterday that the Free Electricity Witness program will close out by 7/10/08. That was the day we hoped to be able to hold the stadium event but we are closing in on the goal. A major MLM program has spoken for all the outstanding certificates at that time. The MLM program will also be selling all our products including the HAFC Kit (and PICC when it's available). I don't know the name of the program yet.

04/23/08 - Dutchman has been granted patent approval for the HAFC kit.

One of our UCSA dealers made this $5,000 challenge to critics of HAFC technology 4 weeks ago. Several "experts" on the internet claim that 50% improved MPG is impossible. ... No takers yet.

* They provide a suitable shop at their chosen continental US location and we will provide a vehicle to be modified (a scientific before & after mileage check will be performed both before and after).
* We will announce the date and location to give anyone that would like to witness the event adequate prior notice and it will be video taped.
* They are also welcome to announce the event and have any of their experts present to test/examine the pre & post HAFC equipped vehicle.
* If their experts can find anything bogus like a false tank, or whatever, they can announce that to the world as they see fit.
* When they do discover the technology works exactly as we claim, they can than repent by issuing a public apology and remove any negative comments they have posted anywhere.
* Obviously the winner will keep the losers $5,000!

04/16/08 - We now have a diesel fuel conditioner product called: Xtra . It sells for $19.95 and will condition 160 gallons. Our testing showed 25% improved MPG (19 to 26MPG) in a 5.9L Cummins turbo diesel 05 Dodge RAM pick-up. We will also soon have a HAFC kit just for diesels. It's my understanding we won't need the O2ptimizer or the V/I unit, just the Fuel Cell and the Xtra conditioner. The kit will have a 30% performance guarantee.

04/09/08 - Although Dutchman has had dozens of responses from foreign governments concerning PICC testing, they only received one response from ours. The EPA recommended we collaborate with Ford Motor Company to get approval for PICC as a catalytic converter replacement ! ... What's wrong with this picture ???

04/04/08 - Dennis Lee mentioned a 100 mpg challenge that Dutchman will consider participating in. It is sponsored by a life insurance company that seems to be reputable. There are several other challenges that are bogus. More info as it arrives. Check this page often.

04/02/08 - Dutchman is swamped with HAFC orders. Current wait time on delivery of kits is 3 to 4 weeks. They have recently secured a new building with far greater office, manufacturing, machine shop and storage area. They have also hired admin and technical help. These are "growing pain" problems. Please be patient.

03/17/08 - There are some new pictures at the bottom the Club Picture Page of the display at the WIREC show. Click Here . I also split the Engine Technologies Page into 2 pages, one for PICC and another for HAFC. Start Here

03/07/08 - Dennis Lee was totally burned out from all the energy he expended while hosting the booth at the WIREC trade show for 3 days. He could not do the Recruiter Hotline last night but the word from other dealers that were at the show was, "Dutchman, booth #411 was the star of the show". Hundreds of governmental and international contacts were made. Some concerning the need to have our technologies fast tracked through the EPA certification and others regarding financing and sale of our technologies right now.

03/01/08 - Dutchman has a press release describing our engine technologies. Click Here to read and download if desired.

02/13/08 - UCSA has developed the Mechanic Starter Pack as a way to build our network of Certified Installers. When someone purchases a HAFC kit, GPO will check the system to find an installer within 100 miles of them. If one is not available, the purchaser may submit 3 potential local mechanics. GPO will contact them and hopefully find one of them willing to install the kit for the customer for $400. GPO will supply that mechanic with the Starter Pack DVD and special training material at no cost to them. Then the mechanic can choose to complete the full correspondence course and become certified or not.

01/28/08 - I was able to successfully reinstall the HAFC system on my PT Cruiser with the new dual fuel cell and implement all the installation subtleties learned in the trainings. It went from the pre-kit  25mpg on the Orange Test to 40mpg. That's a 62% improvement.

01/16/08 - I returned to NJ for the training on tuning "Problem Children". There was about 20 cars there during the time I was there. In actuality ... only 2 of the vehicles were ready to be tuned. All others, including my Cruiser, had installation and repair issues that needed attention first. So ... although I did not get mine tuned there, I was able to get trained how to tune both O2 and AFR sensor vehicles and got pointed the right direction with my Cruiser.

12/12/07 - Lee announced that we will be inviting 30 mechanics that have been through training to drive a "Problem Child" vehicle to the NJ lab early in January. We will have a dynamometer set-up and the experts there to train and fix the problems. Other than the double sized fuel cell and AFR sensor issues, all known problem kids have been maintenance problems with a vehicle or installation or tuning errors. Lee also said we are going to "stealth mode" on advertising. No more statements of where the ads will be run. We had major resistance after last week's announcements.

12/07/07 - The GET Power Club Recruiter Program has been made even better ! It is now open for all Club Members to become Recruiters if they so desire. There are BIG benefits ! Click side link to the Recruiter Page.

11/28/07 - Update on my Cruiser ... lost all the gains. This was just the wrong vehicle to start out with. If anyone in the Orlando metro area has a non-turbo, 96 to 04, 4 cylinder vehicle that has been well maintained and you drive >300 highway miles per week, please contact me. GPO will install a HAFC at below cost so we have a locally owned showcase vehicle. Also, please see latest update on PICC. Click Here

11/14/07 - Good news on my turbo charged PT Cruiser. Even though this was a tough choice to put one of the early kits on, I have made the 3x O2ptimizer work. I got 50MPG and one test over 60MPG cruising at 65MPH on a set 39.2 mile test track in Orlando. Still waiting on 4x O2timizers. HAFC sale for Club members is over in 2 weeks. Time to buy one !

11/07/07 - Lee announced that there will be a correspondence version of the HAFC Trainer and Installer Class available for those who can't make the trip to NJ. He also announced that UCSA will be hosting a booth at the Renewable Energy Trade Show in Washington DC March 4-6 2008. We intend to have a large SUV type car with a PICC kit on it (tuned to 100+ MPG) and the small 2007 Mazda 3 that has tested out many times at 121 MPG with the HAFC kit on display. We will also have a portable dynamometer set-up to prove the data we claim.

10/16/07 - I have just returned from the company training on HAFC. My mechanic friend and I are now a certified trainer and I an installer. The 98 Corolla class project went from 23 to 72 mpg ! 4x O2ptimizers should be available within a few weeks and that's what my PT Cruiser requires. Kits now can be delivered within 14 days of payment. See more details in the Oct 07 Club Newsletter.

9/12/07 - The 3x's are in. I have installed mine and am doing testing again to dial it in since we do not have a factory trained installer in the area yet. The 3x is a much more sophisticated interface and requires tuning by by a trained installer with the needed test equipment. Any of you who know a good, honest mechanic in the Orlando Metro area, please put him in contact with me. We rethought the TV ad strategy and decided not to launch yet until we have more Certified Installers and a warehoused inventory to sell from.
