You will still receive
"free electricity" if cases like this exist when we release the technology.
We will take the system that would have gone on your house and group it with

these systems on commercial businesses to supply their electricity needs.
Then we will take some of the revenue that we make from these commercial
electricity sales and pay your electricity bill (up to 26,000 kW per year).

we will seriously evaluate that location.. This could be very much to the owners benefit because in the
future he will be able to rent that apartment for possibly an extra $100/mo. because he can
advertise that electric is included ! You may want to sign-up as a recruiter
and pass the word on to your fellow complex renters. By the time you start
getting commission checks ... you may be able to purchase your own home !

happens in rural area where there are no power lines near by. In cases such
as this, we will attempt to sell power to the neighbors around you that are

power through the air without using power lines. This is a technology that
was invented by Nicola Tesla in the late 1800s.

What happens if the
generator breaks down? |

First of all, it is very
unlikely that the equipment will break down completely. The thing that
usually fails on a generator are the windings. As a generator is used, the
windings heat up and will eventually break. With most generators, when the
windings break the entire unit is usually replaced. But the Sundance
generator has the windings in 30 separate modules. If one module breaks, the
generator will continue to produce plenty of power for your home. The broken
module can be replaced while the generator continues to produce power.
Secondly, in the event of a complete equipment failure, you will still be
connected to the grid and you will still have power available. If the
generator fails, you will have to call ITEC (International Tesla Electric
Company, the UCSA subsidiary that will operate the electric business). They
will send someone to repair the equipment. We will have an incentive to
repair it quickly since we don't make any money while the system is broken. UCSA will also pay for the electricity you use from the electric company
while our equipment was in operative.

UCSA needs to know about
any change of address that has occurred since you signed up for "free
electricity". If they don’t know about the change, they will not be able to
locate you to install your "free electricity" generator. To notify us of the
change, send us a letter with the new contact information and $1. The
contact information should include: name, installation address, mailing
address (if different), home phone number, work phone number. We will change
our records and forward the information to UCSA along with the dollar. UCSA
requires the dollar to cover their administrative costs for the address
change. UCSA will send you a new Letter of Confirmation for the new address.
If the $1 is not included, the address change will not be processed.

Dennis Lee (head of UCSA)
has written a book called "The Alternative". In the book, he describes
resistance that he and the "free electricity" project have received since we
began our efforts in the late 1980s. Back then, Dennis had the first "free
electricity" technology ready and he demonstrated it for a group of 600
people. Shortly thereafter, local law enforcement officials raided his
headquarters and took all the technology and all the records (technology and
financial). Then a long legal battle began that was also part of the
harassment by "the powers that be." Dennis realized that he had made a
tragic mistake. He had announced that the technology was ready without
having public support to overcome resistance by those who profit from the
current methods of generating electricity. We do not plan to make this same
mistake again. He will not release the technology until we have a base of
support in place. We want 1.6 million people signed up who know about our
technology and have an interest in seeing it come out.

California’s power problems have been in the news a lot lately. Some of you
may think that these problems are the perfect window of opportunity for us

to be the case. We think that there may have been no power shortage in
California at all ! This was artificially created shortage. ENRON owned PP&G
rotated shutdowns of their power plants and purposely tripped grid breakers
to create the illusion of a shortage and thus jack up the prices. The "Grid
System". (Click the link to see what that is.) should have
prevented those black and brown-outs. If we are right,
then we would not be welcomed with open arms. UCSA has decided
to stick to our guns and only release the technology once we have 1.6 million
people signed up.

Deregulation ?

What was passed by the
U.S. Congress in July of 1996, the Electricity Consumer Power to Choose Act,
is somewhat confusing. It gave consumers the right to purchase power from
whomever they wished and required power distribution companies to buy power
from whomever supplied power to their portion of the Grid. But ... Big Power
muddied the water again at the state level. California and other state
legislatures passed energy deregulation laws with a twist. State laws
separate power producers (operate power plants) from power distributors
(supply power to end customers). The price producers can charge was deregulated but the price the distributors can charge
consumers remains regulated. The
producers began to jack up their prices while the distributors could not.
Several distributors appear to be in financial trouble as a result of this
scheme.

Is
price deregulation of electricity a good or a bad thing ?

Many people are bad mouthing the "greedy" power producers and saying that
this proves that free market ideas do not work. But let’s analyze this
situation. The power producers have a perishable product (you cannot store
electricity) which must be used when it is created. The producers have a
limited and captive market (the distributors) for their product. The
producers know that they cannot charge the distributors more for the power
than the distributors can sell it for. The producers know that if they did
this it would bankrupt their limited customer base (the distributors). The
producers are not so foolish as to bankrupt their only customers because
they know that soon they too would be in financial trouble.
We think there is another agenda at work here. We think the real agenda is
to call for additional legislation to regulate the price the producers can
charge. Also we believe that we (the UCSA Free Electricity Plan) may be the main motivation of this scheme.

Isn't the biggest part of
the cost of electricity in the production of the power ?
|

A few years ago, the most expensive part of electricity was producing it.
The cost to distribute power was lower than the cost to produce it. Now the
Big Power want us to think that distribution is the most expensive
element. The reason that this shift has occurred is at least partially due
to the National Electric Grid System. Power can now be produced in one part
of the country and sold in another part. Every company that owns a piece of
the grid between the production site and the point of consumption is paid
Transmission and Distribution ("T&D") fees to move the power.
This has created a system where power can be produced in out of the way
places that are often near coal mines. Many of these locations are sparsely
populated and so the people in these locations care more about the jobs that
the mines and power plants create than they care about the environmental
impact of these businesses. As the power is moved from the production site
to the point of consumption, the prices go up due to multiple T&D charges
being added by each company that helps move the power. This results in high
electric rates in places like New York, San Diego and Chicago.

Why are Transmission and
Distribution (T&D) charges significant in the UCSA Free Electricity Plan ?

High
T&D charges also create a golden opportunity for us. We can come to these
places and produce the power right where it is used while not polluting the
environment and undercutting the prices currently being charged. We can
charge a premium and still undercut the current suppliers because we have no
ongoing operating costs. California leads the nation in many new trends.
The opposition believes that if they can get legislation to put a cap on the producer’s prices then they
will close a door that is currently open to us. They believe they will be
able to more easily control our growth and our profits. If they are doing
this to cramp our style, then we are not at all concerned. We believe we are
in the driver’s seat because we have a huge technical advantage that allows
us to produce the power with no operating cost. There are other reasons why
we remain confident that we are not permitted to discuss.

What will happen on the
day the technology is released?

We currently plan on
having 100+ simultaneous sports stadium type events. We have already
determined that some states will have as many as 5 stadium events while some
states may have 1 stadium and 1 smaller venue. All states and Canadian
provinces will have at least 2 locations. All 1.6 million people
who are registered will be invited to attend the event nearest them
and bring a few friends. We expect 5 to 6 million people watching live. At
this point, Big Media will have to report the TRUTH and the general public
will KNOW that the technology works and that they have been lied to all
along. The voting PUBLIC will then DEMAND that our elected officials embrace
the new technology.

It is very difficult to
answer this question directly. The answer depends upon a lot of factors
including: when we start manufacturing, how many systems can be manufactured
in a given period of time, our ability to get the components we need to
manufacture the systems. Many of these factors are outside of our control. The
one factor that is under your control is when you sign up. The systems will be
delivered on a first come, first served basis. The people who sign up early
will get systems before those who sign up later.

for the money to manufacture. The first source is a private loan from a

through traditional lending sources such as banks. The third source for
funds would be our own business and revenue stream. It's not clear which way
we will go but we have lots of options.

groups. To overcome this force will be difficult. However, we believe that
we can form our own grass roots support base by signing lots of people up to
receive "free electricity". We are very busy signing people up all across
America. We plan to sign up 1.6 million people before we begin to release
the home systems. We believe this will give us the support base we may need.

have a perpetual motion machine? |

No, not the way a
scientist would mean it. My dictionary defines perpetual motion as "the
hypothetical continuous operation of an isolated mechanical device or other
closed system without a sustaining energy source". Based upon this kind of
definition, most people believe that perpetual motion is impossible. My
dictionary defines perpetual as "1. lasting for eternity, 2. lasting for an
indefinitely long duration". We don't know if anything lasts for eternity
since we have not gotten to the end of eternity yet (as if we ever will).
But, we do expect our Hummingbird motor and Sundance generator to meet this
second definition, run for an "indefinitely long duration". We (and I
suspect you) are not so concerned about eternity as we are concerned at this
point about what happens while we are alive on this earth. It is obvious
from nature that as long as you have a perpetual (long running) energy
supply that perpetual energy (long running) is possible. For example, our
sun has certainly been shinning bright for a long time and we expect it to
continue to do so for a long time in the future. Gravity is another force
that seems to be still working. Permanent magnets also seem to work for a
long time. None of these may be perpetual motion in the strict scientific
sense but from a practical standpoint they are perpetual. We are using very
powerful permanent magnets in both the motor and generator. Did you ever
wonder what makes a permanent magnet stick to your refrigerator? How long
will the permanent magnet stick to the refrigerator? Won't it stick up there
permanently or at least a very long time? The best scientists cannot fully
explain why this happens. We are saying that we have figured out how to
harness some of the energy in permanent magnets. And we are saying that we
have a combination of technologies that will run for a long time in a closed
loop (no outside energy).

this. We are saying that we are getting more energy out of the Hummingbird
motor than electricity that is put into it. We are also saying that current
measurement technology is inadequate to measure all the energy that is
coming from the permanent magnets in the motor. No one knows how to fully
measure the energy output by permanent magnets. We can measure the strength
of magnets but not how much energy they give up. It is obvious that the
permanent magnets must be giving up energy but it is not obvious why their
source of power seems to be renewable.

technology impossible? |

Well, people have been
saying that all kinds of things were impossible that we now know are quite
possible. Think about the things that we take for granted that 100 to 200
years ago would have seemed impossible. This list would certainly include
television, radio, VCRs, automobiles, airplanes, space travel, lasers,
atomic energy, atomic bombs, internal combustion engines. This list could go
on for pages. Even the Wright brothers flew their airplane for five years
before the media would pay any attention to them. For further insight you
might want to read some famous quotes about what was considered impossible.
Allow me to share some of my own worldview. The word of God says, "all
things are possible with Him." I believe this statement is true. Dennis Lee
has talked with hundreds of inventors about where their ideas came from. All
of them say in their own way that the idea just came to them and most don't
know where from. They often describe it as a flash of insight. I believe
that God holds all knowledge. I also believe that God is the creator of all
that exists, and that He knows how everything works. I believe that God is
the One that reveals to inventors new inventions and ideas. I believe His
motive is to bless man while He is on the earth because he is loving and
gracious.

What do you say to
someone that thinks "free electricity" technology is impossible?

That is a difficult
question to answer with certainty. But I'll share some of my thoughts. Many
people do not think for themselves. We are accustomed to accepting "sound
bite" answers and platitudes and never questioning them. For example, one
that we've all heard, "if it sounds too good to be true then it probably
isn't true". This is the first thought that many people have when they hear
what we are offering. They usually cease all independent thought once they
have the thought. They never stop to think that many of the modern
conveniences we take for granted today seemed impossible just 100 to 200
years ago. Another common thought that people have is "that's impossible."
They never stop to think that in order to know for sure that something is
impossible implies that you have all knowledge. If you don't have all
knowledge (and I don't know any human that does), then you can't say for
sure that something is impossible.
So before someone dismisses "free electricity" as "impossible" or "too good
to be true", I would encourage them to look at the evidence we offer (on
this web site, and in our Public Awareness products). They should put their
brain in gear and weigh the evidence that is available. Then they can make a
decision for themselves. If they wait until everyone has a home system or
until the media tells them it is OK, they may miss out on a great
opportunity. The future belongs to those who see an opportunity before it is
obvious to everyone else.

Isn't your offer of "free
electricity" just another scam? |

No. We are honest people
attempting to do the impossible (at least what the scientists have said is
impossible). Some people say that since we have been working on this problem
for such a long period of time and haven't manufactured a "free electricity"
machine yet that it must be a scam. It's true that we have been working on
the problem of "free electricity" since 1987. Because we are trying to do
the impossible, it might take a little longer than we originally thought.
How long has Jerry Lewis been raising money to cure Muscular Dystrophy?
Jerry has raised hundreds of millions of dollars for research (far more than
we have had available). They haven't cured the disease yet but no one calls
them a scam. The same thing could be said for the National Cancer Society
and lots of other organizations that are working on hard problems.
UCSA did a national tour in 1996 that stopped in Washington, D.C. Many
government officials were invited to this show including: Janet Reno (then
Attorney General of the US), the President, the vice President, all US
Representatives and all US Senators. All the members of the House and Senate
(except one) either sent representative to the show or signed to receive a
video of the show. Our purpose for doing the show was to get the US congress
to enact legislation to deregulate electricity production nation wide. We
were concerned that our technology could wreck the economy because so many
retirement funds, banks and mutual funds invest in electric utility
companies. We sent a letter to congress stating what we wanted in the
legislation and asking for a meeting with congressional committees by July 4
of that year to discuss these issues. Congress never granted the meeting but
by July 14 they had passed a law that gave us everything we wanted. If we
were trying to run a scam we certainly would not have done the show in
Washington and we certainly would not have invited the Attorney General (the
top law enforcement official in our country).
UCSA did another national tour in 1999. On Friday 9/17/99, we ran a
full-page ad in "USA Today" on page 15A announcing the tour. The ad gave the
dates and locations of every tour stop. At each tour stop, we demonstrated
the Hummingbird motor running at 500% efficiency (scientists say this is
impossible because the most efficient motor you can buy today is only about
90% efficient). The ad invited anyone to "bring your own test meters and
measure the devices for yourself." At each show, people were invited to run
tests on our measurements using their own equipment. Not once during the
entire tour did anyone prove that the efficiencies we demonstrated were a
fraud. These are not the actions of people who are trying to conduct a scam.
Dennis Lee was also invited to speak before the Kansas house and senate
Energy Committee on February 7, 2001. It seems highly unlikely that a con
artist would be invited to make such a speech. Dennis shared his speech, the
reaction of the Kansas legislators and his comments about the experience on
his February 17 radio show.

What do you say to people that claim that Dennis Lee is just out to make
money selling the Public Awareness products and never deliver "free
electricity"? |

The amount of money that
we earn from selling the information products (Public Awareness Kit, etc.),
is just too little money to be a motivating factor. If money were my sole
motivation, I could make more by going back to the corporate world in the
short term. If people think we are making a fortune by selling these Public
Awareness products then they are just plain wrong, so we keep going forward
with an eye to the future. We are also motivated by the idea of bringing out
"free electricity" and many other technologies that will greatly benefit
mankind. But "free electricity" alone would be enough motivation. Imagine a
world where there were no coal/natural gas/oil/nuclear power plants to
pollute the environment. All electric power can be produced without
polluting the environment at all. Also imagine a world where all our cars
were powered by an electric motor that did not pollute the environment.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not an environment whacko, a tree hugger or a
worshipper of "mother earth." But if there is a technology that can solve
some of our pollution problems then I think we should use it.

If this technology is
real, why haven't we heard about it all over the media?

That's a great question
and we wonder the same thing. But the sad truth is that the media has had
many opportunities to report on what we are doing. Rarely do they take us up
on an offer to honestly report on what we are doing. When they do report on
what we are doing, they always give a biased report that ends up making it
sound as if we are crooks who are trying to rip people off. To illustrate
this point, let me tell you about a story that Good Morning America did on
us in November of 1999. UCSA did a national tour with stops in 47 cities in
1999 where we demonstrated some of our technologies. Out of that tour, Good
Morning America did one story on us and they implied that we were con
artists. They interviewed a scientist that said what we were doing was
impossible but there is no evidence to indicate that the scientist ever came
to one of our shows. We offered to let people bring their own test equipment
at every show to prove that our measurements of the input and output of the
Hummingbird motor were false. No one ever proved that we were lying. The
Good Morning America segment never mentioned this fact. You can draw your
own conclusions about the reasons for this. But let me share my view
(although you may think it a little paranoid). According to an article put
out by Sentinel of Freedom (in Reno Nevada) in October 1997, just four
companies control the vast majority of print and broadcast media: General
Electric, Westinghouse, Time Warner, and Disney/Cap Cities. Two of these
companies, General Electric and Westinghouse, have all the contracts to
build huge turbines and generators for all the new power plants that would
be built and to maintain the existing ones. The last thing they want is to
see the end of large, central power plants. Plus, all of the media outlets
have to be concerned about their advertisers. These might include power
producers, electric utilities, petroleum companies, coal companies, etc.
There is a lot of interconnection between these companies and they help
maintain the status quo. For example, I've been told that GE (the largest
manufacturer of electric motors in the US) has a representative on the board
of directors of every electric utility in the nation. [I have not been able
to confirm this so if you have any information, I would like to hear your
feedback.] These self interest groups have a big stake in continuing to make
huge profits from the current system of energy production. If the media were
to tell you that there was a viable alternative, we would get lots of
support that would allow us to bring out the alternative more quickly. This
would kill their cash cow more quickly. Political conservatives have often
lamented the fact that conservative ideas rarely get a fair representation
in America. I believe that this situation is no different.

people or supporters as witnesses to the UCSA technology launch of the Free
Electricity Program. The grant is offered by Dennis Lee's foundation

will be earmarked for the causes of restoring Christian values in America
and on fulfilling the Great Commission in all the earth. This sharing of
profit from the sale of electricity is coming from Dennis Lee and his wife's

funding. Round 2 funding may be as much as 10 times as much. The grant also
provides free electricity for the church and all members and costs them

What is a Witness and what does he get for going to the stadium

A Witness is
a person who: 1. Receives a bar coded invitation by mail from UCSA to the
stadium event. 2. Has a green, signed & serialized, Free Energy Certificate
in hand and 3. Checks in at the stadium event.
He may bring up to 4 unregistered friends with him to view the event but
those friends are not considered witnesses. The Witness will view the
demonstration and then be issued a package of information and 10
certificates. 1 of the certificates will entitle him to have 1 car modified
at UCSA expense with a kit that will give from 2 to 4 times the gas mileage
that car would normally get. The other 9 certificates will be for 9 friends
that he can choose who can purchase a Free Energy Certificate from UCSA for
$2,000. All Free Energy Certificate holders will be entitled to receiving up
to 26,000 Kwh/yr of electric power paid for by ITEC for as long as ITEC can
sell power back into the power grid system.. Most certificate holders will
actually have a motor/generator system installed at there home but even
those whose residence is not a suitable installation site will still have
their power bill paid for them by ITEC.

How do we
know if they really work ?

can not know until a kit is installed correctly and you run a few tanks of
gas through. It is kind of like flying. If you have never flown before, you
must rely on the testimony of others until you actually board a plane
yourself, trust all the airline employees and the equipment and step off the
plane at your destination a few hours later. ... Then you know that flying
is possible and can get you where you want to go. We will have a 30 day
performance guarantee which will allow you to do a pre-test on your car,
have the kit installed, post-test the car same as pre-test and then run a few
tanks of fuel. The Pre and Post Test establish your >50% improved MPG and
allow you to estimate just how much savings you will see. If you do the
Pre/Post regimen and you don't see >50%, can be

Why has
UCSA waited so long to release this technology ? |

We originally
had this technology released and sold several hundred kits almost 10 years
ago. Shortly after it was released, the Big Oil companies started producing
more than 50 different formulations of gasoline supposedly for air pollution
improvements but the real reason was because it forced UCSA to re-tune the reactor rod for every different formulation. We were forced to stop selling
the kits (and refund many) because it was just not feasible and cost
effective to re-tune every kit for all the fuel formulation changes.
UCSA has been very short on operating and
R&D capital ever since that time and it is only in the last 6 months that we
have been able to scrape together enough funding to revitalize the project.
The re-tuning problem has been solved
and other improvements have been made that make the kit more easily
installed and automatically re-tuned for varying fuels. You will eventually
be able to run your car on 50% gas and 50% water with this kit and pollution
is less than 2% of what currently comes out your tail pipe !
Please be aware of the way our
government regulators have recently tried to "sensitize" the public to
disbelieve gasoline savings devices and additives, although some really are scams.
Big Oil knows about our process, they short circuited our plan 10 years ago,
and they have many elected government officials in their pocket. You as a
wise consumer must do your homework ! Take the advice that is still printed
on our money ... it's "In GOD we trust" ... not government.

It's against
the law in my state to modify the emission controls system or catalytic
converter. What should I do ? |

do not tamper with the emission control system (HAFC) of the car but can not
guarantee some states may make a fuss. The PICC system will replace the old
catalytic converter with a far better system. If your state representatives
are "owned" by the auto industry, you need to pepper your state
representative with phone calls and letter expressing your outrage that such
laws were created to protect Big business and old technology. They need to
modify the law to protect consumers and the environment. The UCSA system will
give far superior economy and produce far less emissions than the current
technology.
