It includes the Fuel Cell, gas drier unit, Pre-heater/Ionizer unit, the O2ptimizer computer interface module, 16 oz of Fuel Conditioner/Covalizer, electrolysis chemicals, a lighted fuel cell switch and all wiring, connectors, clamps and tubing required in a standard installation. A properly installed kit on a well maintained vehicle will give 50 to 100% improved MPG with no loss of power.

  • Single & Dual Fuel Cells available (same price kit)
  • Can be used in freezing weather
  • Life of over 5 years
  • Draws 15 (single) to 30 amps (dual)
  • Refill Fuel Cell (distilled water) each gas fill-up
  • Fuel Pre-heater/Ionizer Magnet Unit
  • Newly reformulated HAFC Covalizer, 1 OZ/25gal, also have a covalizer (Xtra) for diesel engines (no kit yet but Xtra alone will boost mpg by 15-20%)
  • O2ptimizer 3x - computer interface module
  • Printed operation/installation instructions, phone & email support
  • Click Here to download a tri-fold brochure
  • 30 day Money Back Performance Guarantee as stated below:

Assurance of Satisfaction on the HAFC System Kit

There is a 30 day full money back performance guarantee within the first 30 days of receiving your kit. This gives you 30 days in which to pre-test, install, have the O2timizer tuned by a certified installer and post-test the mileage to make sure you see at least 50% improved gas mileage. There is also a 1 year parts warranty on any manufacturer defects.

Also, because this is our phase 1 technology, if you later choose to up-grade to the PICC Kit, we will discount the HAFC price from the cost of a PICC Kit for your vehicle.

GPO Disclaimer- Being that GPO does do installations and tuning of the systems, I need to say we have had far better success with domestic vehicles 1996 through 2004. It is a major struggle on many newer cars to "beat" the on-board computer.

News Updates

11/19/08 - A new plan will kick off 12/1/08. The deal with Ford did not pan out as we had hoped but this has an even bigger potential. The plan involves multi-million dollars beginning to fund Dutchman's engine technology research and a top flight sales/ marketing group to develop literature and branding of the HAFC and PICC technologies. This will be a world-wide program but will start in south-eastern US, KY to TX to FL to VA first. The focus market of the program will be the flagging car dealerships, thousands of them all across America. Local car dealerships will be selling and installing the HAFC kits and keeping their service and sales departments very busy. These local dealerships are getting virtually no help from their manufacturers in the economic hard times. Lets face it ... the Big 3 are asking for a government bail-out.

10/14/08 - I had to wait a few days to settle down ... A few overly zealous dealers & mechanics have in effect spoiled the possible deal with Ford. It looks like Dutchman will be going it alone for the time being. However, I am confident we will overcome. Click Here to read a follow-up statement concerning Dutchman and Ford.

10/08/08 - PICC testing is on-going. The latest report was that the 5 gas analyzer, that was just recalibrated, indicated 0 ppm Hydrocarbons, 0% NOX, 0% CO, 0% CO2 and 22% O2 ! It made us think that the analyzer was messed up but it responds as expected on an unmodified vehicle. The O2 concentration in the air is just 18%. The "GO Green" people really ought to love us !

09/29/08 - I just added a disclaimer to the HAFC sales pages. It says: GPO Disclaimer- Being that GPO does do installations and tuning of the systems, I need to say we have had far better success with domestic vehicles 1996 through 2004. It is a major struggle on many newer cars to "beat" the on-board computer. We hope that the possible relationship with Ford (9/15/08) will open the door to reprogramming at least the Ford computers. Perhaps the other manufacturers will get on the band-wagon if Ford leads the way.

09/17/08 - Click Here to read the Official Statement of Dutchman's relationship with Ford.

09/15/08 - Well ... I was wrong. I felt like all the signs were pointing to GM or Chrysler ... actually it turns out to be Ford. No signed agreement yet but lots of testing going on. Ford has 22 Dutchman HAFC kits they are testing on various Ford models.

08/07/08 - Dutchman has stated it will make a directional statement 9/15/08. There are 4 options that are presently being considered and negotiated. #1- a strategic alliance with a major auto manufacturer (Like GM or Chrysler). The deal is they must come forward and endorse the HAFC and cooperate in engineering improvements and testing before we share the PICC technology that will be designed into new vehicles on their production line. #2- a strategic alliance with a major oil company with similar requirements. #3- an alliance with a top 10 international business profile who will purchase an auto manufacturer and begin a total redesign of the automobile from the ground up, incorporating HAFC/PICC technology. #4- there is also a free market government that has made serious proposal of a nationally sponsored “water car” development program.

08/06/08 - Dutchman informed their dealers today that the purchasing agent hired just 3 months ago was fired. We don’t  know whether the guy was just especially inept or whether he was a “plant” with the express purpose of slowing production down. He had been supplying 90% of the parts to various newly trained manufacturing partners (who purchased initial component inventory for 100 kits from Dutchman) and never supplying the other 10% of what was needed to complete the kits. Dutchman has more than 30 new manufacturers that each have parts to build 100 kits each but only about 10 of them have shipped the initial 100 kits back to Dutchman for inspection and then delivery to end customers. Going forward, those businesses will be able to purchase their own prescribed components, manufacture and assemble the kits and then ship them directly to customers. It’s a good plan … it just hasn’t quite come together yet.

07/16/08 - Dutchman stated that kits are coming in daily from the newly trained manufacturers building HAFC kits. Once those kits have been 100% quality control inspected, they are filling the back orders. Also, HAFC Gas Covalizer and Xtra diesel covalizer production has begun. Those products will now also be available in 5 gallon and 55 gallon quantities. 5 gal at 10% ($720) and 55 gal at 15% ($7,480) off the 16oz bottle price of $20. Shipping of back orders to begin soon.

07/01/08 - GPO has decided to hold the cost on kits until kits can be delivered in <21 days.. There is still a big back-log on kit delivery. We are very sorry ... but the log-jam will break loose at any time now.

You can stop writing Congressmen and Senators about the EPA and PICC testing. The EPA has spoken ... they DO NOT require testing for our type of product. As long as we meet current air quality standards, our kit can be substituted for your catalytic converter. Dutchman's goal is to have a manufacturable PICC kit ready by the end of August 08. Here is the article regarding the EPA. Click Here

06/11/08 - The dealer cost of the HAFC kit has gone up. Dutchman sets the suggested retail price at $1,200. GPO has always offered a discounted price to our customers but as of 7/1/08 the retail price will go to $1,100. So place your orders now before the price increase. Click Here

06/09/08 - Dutchman announced that Mike Holler, HAFC technology expert, will be moving to the home office in NJ. He will now be spending 90% of his time in development of a "production" PICC system. Goal is set for 8/31/08. PICC may be closer than first thought !

04/23/08 - Dutchman has been granted patent approval for the HAFC kit.

One of our UCSA dealers made this $5,000 challenge to critics of HAFC technology 4 weeks ago. Several "experts" on the internet claim that 50% improved MPG is impossible. ... No takers yet.

* They provide a suitable shop at their chosen continental US location and we will provide a vehicle to be modified (a scientific before & after mileage check will be performed both before and after).
* We will announce the date and location to give anyone that would like to witness the event adequate prior notice and it will be video taped.
* They are also welcome to announce the event and have any of their experts present to test/examine the pre & post HAFC equipped vehicle.
* If their experts can find anything bogus like a false tank, or whatever, they can announce that to the world as they see fit.
* When they do discover the technology works exactly as we claim, they can than repent by issuing a public apology and remove any negative comments they have posted anywhere.
* Obviously the winner will keep the losers $5,000!

04/16/08 - We now have a diesel fuel conditioner product called: Xtra . It sells for $20 and will condition 160 gallons. Our testing showed 25% improved MPG (19 to 26MPG) in a 5.9L Cummins turbo diesel 05 Dodge RAM pick-up. We will also soon have a HAFC kit just for diesels. It's my understanding we won't need the O2ptimizer or the V/I unit, just the Fuel Cell and the Xtra conditioner. The kit will have a 30% performance guarantee.
