So what exactly is
the MMPG System?
It is a simple, smart and extremely efficient system of proven gas saving technologies. It consists of the Fuel Cell unit, the Vaporizer/Ionizer unit, Gas additive and a vehicle specific CD that allows factory trained technicians to use MITS, Mileage Improvement Tuning System, to adjust the ECU on your domestic car or truck.

actually enriches your air/fuel mix . The covalizer added to your gas tank
along with the monatomic Hydrogen and Oxygen from the water gas, allow a much
faster burn in combustion cycle of your engine. It is like burning kindling
wood instead of logs on a bond fire. Hydrogen/Oxygen enrichment also helps to
clean out carbon build-up in your engine, allowing it to run smoother and more
efficiently. Logically, it should also increase the life of your engine.
Far Less Pollution
Supplemental Hydrogen/Oxygen, magnetic fuel ionization (technically surface tension reduction) and vaporization enhancement (basically pre-heating) causes a more complete burn of the fuel in the combustion chamber and greatly reduces the amount of pollution that your car releases to the atmosphere.

You may ask, “How
does this happen ???”
The MMPG Fuel Cell (basically a 4 stage electrolysis cell) unit
converts distilled water in an energy-efficient manner to "water gas" HHO. The monatomic Hydrogen and Oxygen are inducted into the air intake system.
Our special MMPG Covalizer is added as you fill-up, mixed in your gas tank and
then your fuel is diverted through the MMPG Vaporizer/Ionizer unit. The V/I
unit is a machined aluminum heat exchanger with 6 powerful cylindrical rare
earth magnets enclosed. Your gasoline now proceeds to the fuel injection system
or carburetor of your vehicle. MMPG greatly enriches the fuel mix and allows
a far more complete burn. Typical engines burn less than 20% of the gasoline
in the combustion cycle. That means 80% of your fuel cost is burned in the
catalytic converter or simply exhausted into the atmosphere !
These fuel economy techniques are well known to auto manufacturers. Individually the 4 components of the MMPG system add only incremental improvement to gas mileage but as integrated system, they produce an amazing synergy of great proportion. It's a shame that consumers have to install an after-market kit in order to reap the multiple benefits but ... auto manufacturers and oil companies have little incentive to help you save money. Their interest is in selling new cars, causing lots of maintenance and selling lots of gasoline.
The toughest issue we faced was interfacing MMPG with the on-board computer system. You see, the MMPG increases the concentration of O2 flowing across the O2 sensors. The ECU interpreted that as an indication that the engine was running too lean. Thus the ECU would lengthen the pulse width of the fuel injectors and burn more fuel that needed and so defeat the main purpose ... better gas mileage. Every car is different so it is very difficult to design a simple solution for every ECU. The MITS, Mileage Improvement Tuning System, is that missing piece of the puzzle. Based on your vehicle's VIN number, a CD is created that allows a Certified MMPG Tech to correct the operating setpoints of your ECU for the improved air/fuel mixture. Programming solutions are ready for domestic, GM, Ford and Chrysler consumer vehicles. Foreign designed vehicle ECU solutions will be developed over the next several months.

Photos 1 -3 show the MMPG System installed in a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser The Fuel Cell is located in the back of the vehicle. This may be necessary with many newer vehicles that do not have enough space under the hood. Installation requires some creativity and customization. Installation by a certified MMPG Installer is required in order for GPO to honor the 100% money back warranty of kit and installation cost. GPO has installers in Orlando right now. Photo 2 Here’s the Fuel Cell and reservoir assy. The plastic container is recommended to contain distilled water spills which must be added to the reservoir every other fill-up. It is also a good storage area for the funnels, distilled water and fuel conditioner. It is held in place with a hooked rubber strap run through holes cut into the plastic container. The cell gets warm (about 120*) so a small square of 3/4" thick wood was placed below and beside the cell to minimize heat transfer to the plastic. |

Why hydrogen? |

Hydrogen is considered a near-perfect energy carrier. Hydrogen has the highest energy to weight ratio. NASA has used it as a rocket fuel since the 1940’s. It has many advantages over conventional fuels: it is non-toxic, it is renewable, clean to use, it’s cheap, and it produces much more energy per pound. Hydrogen is considered the fuel of choice for energy efficiency. It burns very cleanly and doesn’t produce carbon dioxide pollutants.
Adding monatomic Hydrogen (which comes from breaking the covalent bonds of H2O in electrolysis) allows us to stabilize the "cracked" long chain gasoline molecules created by our MMPG Covalizer. |

the MMPG System Work? |

A2: The MMPG
system uses HHO (water gas) air enrichment, a gasoline covalizer, fuel
pre-heating and ionization. The Fuel Cell unit sends an electric charge
through a liquid electrolyte comprised of distilled water and proprietary
non-caustic electrolyte which
causes the hydrogen atoms to separate from the oxygen atoms in the water. It
then captures the new gas and channels it into the engine via the air intake
system. The HHO is then mixed in the cylinder with cracked, ionized and
vaporized gasoline. |

Q3: Will it work in your vehicle? |

The MMPG System should work in virtually any gasoline fueled motor vehicle. Our engineers designed the system as a retro-fit for any gasoline engine but completed the programming for domestic consumer vehicles first. GM, Ford and Chrysler products all respond nicely to the system. Foreign products; Toyota, Honda, Hyundai and others soon to come. The reason why the MMPG System should work in
most vehicles with an internal combustion engine is because it channels the
water gas mix through the existing air intake system on the engine via the
standard air intake plenum or air cleaner. So, there are no modifications to
the current engine required. You just “plug” the system into the existing air
intake system and you’re set to go. The covalizer (conditioning chemicals) is
added to your gas tank. The fuel pump pushes the fuel through the
Vaporizer/Ionizer unit before it is injected into the combustion chamber with
air and water gas inside the cylinder. The VIN disc allows

There is a Fuel
Covalizer, a non-hazardous blend of chemicals. It's purpose is to "soften" the covalent
bonding of the gasoline molecules so they can be broken into smaller, faster
burning molecules and lower the surface tension of the gasoline. It also
reduces friction in the cylinder. Additional Covalizer is available from GPO at $20 per 16oz bottle. We even have a diesel formulation for the same price. |
